- Generously cover the ribs in olive oil then sprinkle on the spice mixture making sure you cover the entirety of the ribs with it.
- Cover the ribs the with the tin foil and place on the tin foiled tray.
- Place your tray in the oven and cook for 4 hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN.
- After 4 hours uncover the ribs and place on the tin foiled tray. Be sure to drain out any liquid that is on the tray.
- Turn the oven on to full broil and place the oven rack as close to top of oven as possible.
- At this point if you like sauce on your ribs, cover your ribs in your favorite BBQ sauce. If not no worries the ribs are moist enough to hold up to the next step.
- Place your uncovered ribs in the oven and broil both sides until both sides are super crispy.
- Take ribs out of oven and get to eating!
The best part of making ribs is making extra to have the next day if your making one rack you mine as well make two.
